For the Spring 2019 program, all students are expected to arrive in Prague on the weekend before classes begin (i.e. April 6-7) in order to be present for the beginning of the quarter. Your apartments will be available for you on Saturday, April 6 at noon. Students should arrive in Prague on the weekend before classes begin but no later than Sunday afternoon! Classes start on Monday, April 8, 2019 with a comprehensive orientation meeting for the program, which everyone is expected to attend! If students want to arrive before April 6, they need to secure their own accommodations for those dates! (For hostels and other accomodation options please go to Useful Links.)
For the easiest, most comfortable and most affordable taxi service from the Prague airport to your aparment, please check out the Prague Airport Transfers system. It's a reliable shuttle service that you can book and pay online ahead of your arrival, securing your price in advance. Many of our past students recommend this service. See how it works at >> www.prague-airport-transfers.co.uk
Please note! If students want to arrive before the program housing begins, they need to secure their own accommodations for those dates! If students will wish to stay in Prague longer after the program is over, they will need to find their own accommodations after the move-out date of their particular program.
